Tila Tequila, a professional skank and famewhore, spent the better part of the early morning going on a live-web cam rant on Ustream for several hours.

During her show (which is the only way I can describe it), she shook and fondled her boobs, played with her tampon sting (nasty), and was waving a gun around.  She also sprouted off about Shawn Merriman, the San Diego Chargers linebacker she claims assaulted her back in September.  Long story short – She lodged a complaint against him, the DA’s office investigated the incident, but choose not to file charges.  Merriman insists bruises on Tequila’s arms at the time were a result of him grabing her too hard while trying to prevent her from driving drunk. 

A few days ago, Tequila filed a 1.5 million dollar lawsuit against the football player for “assault, battery, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress“.

Bingo. 

Nothing says “emotional distress” like an hours long rant on the web, naked, going on about a variety of topics in an incoherent way.  During which, she accused Merriman of having sex with underage girls and being a woman beating drug user.  Opps, a bit too far there.  Needless to say, he’s got her for slander if he wants unless she can prove her claims.

Her lawyer immediately stepped in to say that Tequila’s confrontation with Merriman finally pushed her over the edge, and this webisode is all the linebacker’s fault.  He also said he’s trying to get Tequila the help she needs.  Riiiiight.  While I agree she’s definitely crazy, she’s not completely stupid.
