Does Madonna want Jesus’ Baby?

The The Sun is pretendingreporting that some source has told them that the 51 year old diva and her 22 year old pretend boyfriend/nanny/arm-candy want to have a baby. Together.
Apparently, Jesus really wants to have a baby (sure he does), because all 22 year old kept boys want one as it’s the latest accessory. Will he love him and hold him and squeeze him and call him George? Or does Jesus just want to cement himself more permanently to the big M?
As for Madonna, the source says “M says motherhood is her greatest achievement and the most fulfilling thing in her life. She knows that, at 51, it’s going to be harder to conceive naturally. But she is Olympic-athlete fit and is ready for the challenge.”
I thought she already had a fifth kid with Jesus, but if this actually happens, it really will be a miracle.
