Looks like Liam Hemsworth, that hot Aussie piece of Miley Cyrus’ that she met last year while making the box office flop The Last Song decided that since she Can’t Be Tamed, he’d grant her her freedom as well as his in the process.
Gossip Cop is reporting that a friend of the actor (his equally hot older brother?) has confirmed that the actor is now single, while Miley’s spokesminion is remaining mum about the matter.
Poor Miley.
As for Liam, something tells me he won’t be without companionship (as it’s called in polite circles) for very long. Word is he’s already been seen out on the prowl and they’re predictably falling over themselves for him.

What? Again??
Is there anything worse than a self identified “celebrity blogger”? Seriously. Rather than comment on pop culture, some (if not all) become convinced that they are as famous (ok, given) and interesting (not really) as the people they blog about.
(Yes, I realize I’m sort of biting my own hand – bare with me, I’m leading up to something here).
Perez Hilton, celebrity blogger, famewhore, and total jackass has posted yet another questionable link to a picture of Miley Cyrus’ crotch region, from her performance at the MMVA’s last night.
The picture shows Miley’s crotch with a bit of flesh (don’t ask me what part, I’m a blogger, not a gynecologist) poking out from under her leotard.
Yawn….zzzzzzzzzzzz…
Needless to say, Perez hasn’t had this much press since he got punched in the face at an after party at last year’s MMVA’s so of course he’s at it again. Obviously, his lawyers have cleared thew way for him to do so otherwise he wouldn’t be doing it. Perez may be revolting and without any ethics, but he’s not stupid.

More screaming, Justin Bieber. Followed by even more screaming.
Thet pretty much sums it up.
The 2010 Much Music Video Awards were held last night in Toronto which are pretty much like the ones that MTV has in September, except the air of desperation is more palatable (why else broadcast the fact that some of those twat-waffles from fake reality TV shows The Hills and The City are presenting?).
Miley Cyrus co-hosted the event, and in one priceless segment kept flubbing her lines all the while bitching about missing que cards, saying “This is the worst thing, ever” to Chicago Blackhawk Jonathan Toews, who looked completely bored (or possibly terrified).
Miley then introduced Drake, who was supposed to perform, but a malfunctioning ear piece caused a diva like moment from the actor turned rapper and he refused to start.
Awkward.
Cut to one of the hapless VJ’s who threw out a few names (Miley, Justin, Drake) to increase screaming before the network finally cut to commercials so that missing PA with the cue cards could be found and likely flogged.
No word yet if Perez Hilton who did show up and Miley came face to face or if anyone hit Perez in the face like will.i.am from The Black Eyed Peas did last year.
Big winners of the awards show included The Bieb and Miley, who each took home four awards, as well as punk/pop group Hedley.

Looks like Perez Hilton’s legal team had a chat with him yesterday about that photo he posted (and removed) to his Twitter account of Miley Cyrus getting out of a car in a short dress while supposedly going commando.
Perez says all the fuss is silly since it was a joke of some sort. ”Do you think I’m stupid enough to post a photo of Miley if she’s not wearing any underwear down there? No! Sure I like to seem controversial, but I don’t want to go to jail. The reason I linked to that photo was I thought she was exiting this car in a very unlady like fashion. People, snap out of it!” he said on a message posted to his website, along with the picture of Miley (left) that shows a circle around her panty-line wearing the same outfit as the the picture he posted the other day.
Here’s the thing though, Perez could still be in hot water, as the law is such that if you photoshop and distribute a picture of a person under 18 to make it look like their bits are showing (even if it’s clearly fake) you can still be charged as if it’s the real deal.

Going commando while wearing a short skirt and getting out of a car is just asking for the world to get a glimpse of your bits, especially when your every move while out in public is constantly photographed.
So it was that Miley Cyrus joined an illustrious club who’s members include Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears, and Kim Zolciak when Perez Hilton posted the above picture (minus the blacked out part) to his Twitter account.
Although Perez warned people not to click if they were easily offended, click they did, and then the sh*t started to hit the fan.
Why? Miley is 17, so posting that uncensored photo technically constitutes child pornography under federal law. Perez has since removed the image from his account after coming under fire online for posting it in the first place.
The big question is, will there be legal fallout or will Perez end up getting punched in the face again at this year’s Much Music Video Awards in Toronto? Miley is co-hosting and Perez tends to show up for it.

Colour me surprised (except not really). Looks like the Enquirer got their intel wrong on this one.
Miley and her hot Aussie piece, Liam Hemsworth aren’t kaput. Miley took to her website and wrote the following missive.
“Just wanna clear up a rumor. Liam and I did not break. EVER! We are so happy and a lot of that has to do with the amazing relationship he has with my family. We are both so busy right now, so having them by our side supporting us and our career is such a blessing! So any type of rumor that said there was drama with them is completely false. Thanks for letting me clear that up. X, M”

Anyhoodle, here’s the singer showing she can’t be tamed on Britain’s Got Talent. Guess we now know why the camera cut away from Miley on Dancing With The Has-Beens last month (hint, it’s at the 1:05 mark).

It’s a slow morning for gossip, but this one has a ring of truth to it so bare with me here. Apparently, Miley and that hot Aussie piece of hers, Liam Hemsworth, have called it quits.
According to the National Enquirer (insert eyeroll), Liam has moved out of the mansion they shared because Miley was becoming jealous that his career was starting to take off, and he couldn’t handle the interference from her family anymore, especially from Billy Ray.
Yeah, parents who let their 17 year old daughters live with their 19 year old boyfriends can be such a nuisance.
Word is Liam’s moved back in with his older brother Chris, while Miley recently dedicated a song at a concert to someone (not Liam) saying, ”It’s about two people… They’re always gonna come back together no matter what anyone says or the bad people that try to keep you apart. Surprise surprise, it’s about a Jonas brother…you didn’t hear that.”
Miley used to date Nick Jonas and it sounds like she wants to go back for seconds. As for Liam, I don’t think he’ll be lonely for too long, do you?

Miley Cyrus seems to be one of those celebs who’s always a lightning rod for controversy.
In the latest example, TMZ has leaked a video someone sold them that shows then 16 year old Cyrus giving producer Adam Shankman (So you Think You Can Dance) a lap dance at the wrap party for the movie The Last Song.
Never mind that Shankman is gay, the fact that he’s 44 is what’s setting some people off on their soapboxes. Cue the outrage!
Radar Online is claiming the dance was so provocative, parents with children on the scene grabbed them and headed for the exits lest their fragile little minds be traumatized.
As for the video itself, the lap dance isn’t that risque at all. A little suggestive sure, but nothing you don’t see at your typical high school dance after the punch as been dosed.
You just know Shankman was thinking “Why can’t this be Liam Hemsworth?” (Miley’s co-star from the movie and current boyfriend) while she was grinding away over him.
Last year, when Party In The USA came out, it was a massive hit for Miley Cyrus. A true earworm, several of my friends admitted to liking it and I even caught myself humming along to it on a couple of occasions as well.
Now comes Can’t Be Tamed, which has Miley looking and sounding like she’s channeling Britney Spears prior to her uh…issues. Personally, I really like it (but my taste in music is as questionable as it is eclectic).
Some people are already criticizing the video, saying that the lyrics and images are too sexualized and therefore inapproriate for a 17 year old Disney star.
Whatever.
The big question though, is this going to be another huge hit for Miley or is this song like the video implies, for the birds?
