So says Mariah’s full time minion/employee/husband, Nick Cannon.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Nick, who’s part time job is host on the Simon Cowell produced  America’s Got Talent, says that Mariah has talked about it wityh him before and would love to do it, if they could work with her schedule.

Ok, let’s stop this right here. 

If FOX is going to kick  J-Lo to the curb for being a demanding super bitch diva, there’s no way in hell they would even consider Mimi.  After all, this is the same woman who demanded a diamond encrusted microphone stand to perform on American Idol Gives Back  a couple of years ago.

Mimi probably makes J-Lo seem low maintenance by comparison.

Every year since she got married a few years ago there’s been one.

Mariah Carey has dropped out of Tyler Perry’s latest film For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When The Rainbow Is Enouh (that’s the title?  Really??) starting a bump watch frenzy with the 41 year old diva.

Rumours that Mimi is expecting started when she was photographed outside an LA medical clinic earlier this month with her husband-manservant-second fiddle Nick Cannon.

Mimi’s spokesminion added fuel to the speculation saying that “she’s not doing the film because her doctor advised her not to” refusing to comment further.

Attention whores that Nick and Mariah are, you know they’re going to milk the speculation for as long as possible.  Nick even posted a message on Twitter yesterday saying how excited that he was that their family is growing, then adding it’s his dog that’s expecting puppies.

Bad news for fans of butterflies, cherubs, rainbows, unicorns, and glitter.

Mariah Carey’s remix version of her last album Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel (I can’t even type that without rolling my eyes), called Angel’s Advocate, has been scrapped by Island Def Jam. 

Looks like the suits at Mimi’s label felt there wasn’t enough interest in the source material to warrant a remix album. 

Uh-oh. 

Mimi is not going to take this lying down.  Expect lots of diva type antics in the foreseeable future until she feels she’s asserted herself appropriately.  Nick Canon, be afraid.  Be very afraid.

As for the music itself, word is Mariah is already in the studio working on new material of some sort, while the existing tracks for Angel’s Advocate will eventually see the light of day via iTunes for downloading.
