According to US, Taylor has settled his lawsuit against that RV company that caused him “emotional distress” and “annoyance” for failing to deliver a quality product on time.  Best of all, Taylor didn’t even end up having to go to court or engage in that push up contest with the owner (which he would have found annoying and possibly traumatizing).

McMahon’s RV agreed to the offer to settle the suit for $40 grand, which Taylor’s lawyer says will be donated to The Lollipop Theatre Network, a charity that brings current theatrical releases to children stuck in hospitals.

No word if there’s some stipulation that Taylor’s contributions to the medium have to be shown as well.

The owner of that RV company that Taylor Lautner is suing for failure to deliver his custom made trailer on time has an interesting response to the lawsuit.

Brent McMahon says that’s he’s willing to settle the dispute by having a pushup contest with the 18 year old actor while shirtless.  If McMahon wins, he says he’ll donate $40 grand to the Children’s Hospital of Orange County instead of paying Taylor damages, otherwise they’ll go to court.

So who do you think has te Taylor Lautner fixation?  McMahon, his wife, or some other family member?

Lautner’s legal counsil, Robert Barta isn’t having any of this, saying in a statement “McMahon RV’s response to our client’s legitimate claim further demonstrates the lack of professionalism that Mr. McMahon, his company and his employees have exhibited from the outset, and that compelled the filing of this lawsuit in the first place.”

Barta went on to say if McMahon donates the money to a charity of Taylor’s choosing (with no push-up contest) they’ll considered the matter closed.

According to TMZ, the latest member of the buff young drama queen club is suing a company called McMahon’s RV because they promised him a $300 thousand custom RV by June 21st to use while he was filming the sure to be Oscar contender Abduction. 

Unfortunately, the company only supplied Taylor with a regular RV (oh, the horror). He’s seeking an unspecified settlement for breach of contract, “emotional distress”,  ”annoyance” because of it.

You know, if not getting the type of RV Taylor wanted caused him emotional distress, can’t wait to see what getting soundly mocked in the media over this lawsuit’s going to do.

Taylor Lautner is the cover boy for the upcoming issue of GQ and is profiled within.  The full interview is online if you care to take a look.  Since Taylor is managed 24/7 and everything he says is probably scrutinized by team of handlers prior to it leaving his mouth, I won’t bother regurgitating any of it here. 

It would be interesting and refreshing to actually get an honest off the cuff answer from the kid, but ain’t going to happen for a while.  He wants it too bad to risk being anything but coming across as sweet and dull.

The three leads from The Twilight Saga: Eclipse were interviewed by the Mighty Opes today, and the show also focused on the Twi-hards that live, breathe, and poop all things related to the Twilight “phenomena”.

It was pretty much like any interview with the stars before,  Sparkles was charmingly self deprecating, Stewart seemed nervous and fidgety, and Lautner was pleasantly bland. 

At one point, Oprah asked Sparkles about his showmance with Kristen Stewart, and he blurted out that she’s pregnant.  Although Stewart made it quite clear he loves to say things for just for shock value, his response hysterically ended up as the cover story on OK Weekly (the show was pre-taped).

Dakota Fanning also showed up for a portion of the show.  Apparently, she and Kristen Stewart have become good friends even though there’s a four year age difference.  Stewart said she turns to her for advice (she might want to get some interviewing lessons as well).

Let the no longer illegal, but none the less inappropriate thoughts commence!  Que the stampede of various slash fan fiction to start hitting the web as well.  I Googled, just to see what would pop up and in all seriousness, some of that stuff is just plain wrong.   

As for Lautner, who stars with half of Hollywood in Valentine’s Day (along with ex-arranged girlfriend Taylor Swift) he told Access Hollywood that he has nothing special planned for his birthday other than spending the day with family and friends, although he does admit turning 18 “is kind of a big deal“.
